Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

To be considered for eligibility to receive a distribution payment from the Stoner Cats Fair Fund, you must fill out and submit a Claim Form online no later than May 23, 2026, or submit it by mail or email such that it is postmarked no later than May 23, 2026. Failure to submit your Claim Form by the date specified will subject your claim to rejection and may preclude you from being eligible to receive any distribution payment in connection with the Fair Fund.

File Online:

After clicking the button below, you will be asked to provide your contact information and details about the Stoner Cats NFT(s) that you purchased on July 27, 2021. Please have all your NFT information ready, as your claim will not be saved if you have to come back and finish at a later time.

After submitting your completed claim online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your Claim Form.

Please keep copies of everything you submit, as your claim may be audited, and you could be asked to provide additional information to process your claim.
